From our indoor, pressure-fitted line of products, the monkey bar kit Comet 1 is the first of three different Comet apparatus for you to choose from. It’s double-sided and it features a fixed horizontal bar, rope ladder, gymnastic rings, rope and trapeze, all of which can be utilized into creating a challenging, fun and complete workout for your child or teen. In addition, all Comet’s features—as is true of other units—are available in a choice of colors to fully match your décor.

Each fixed horizontal bar at the top of the unit provides an opportunity for a wide range of exercises including pull-ups to strengthen arms. Additionally, by holding on to the bar and lifting legs to the waist or from side to side, the user is working all areas of his or her abdominal and oblique muscles. Completing several repetitions of this important core exercise each day adds overall strength, conditioning and cardiovascular endurance for many other activities and sports your child may be involved in.
